UTR - register for self assessment - this is needed with any business and you could get in a lot of trouble for not doing so
Keep a reference no. for book keeping, add this to all invoices and ensure that you are changing them appropriatly to be able to trace back any issues.
Payment, IBAN, ensure all the banking details are correct.
