  • 5 min break and continue
  • Each forth cycle, take a 15 min break to break it up

Eat the Frog
  • Start the day with your most daunting task, so everything gets easier towards the end.
  • Give it 100% focus until its complete, knowing it gets better afterwards.
  • Need to organise all of your tasks into priorities, put the largest at the top and work your way down.

Apps and Software
  • Teux-deux
  • SelfControl (app)
  • Todoist

Todoist

I started to use the todoist app as it helped me get on top of blogging and ensured that I completed a certain amount of tasks each day, to make sure it didnt get on top of me, and keep my time planning. Allowing me time to focus on other tasks such as job applications.
