A cover letter should be an introduction to you as a
designer also establishing a connection with the person you are applying to, you
should not drone on remain professional and make it concise and relevant. Each
cover letter should be different depending on which job you're applying for
remain confident in concise. Took industry experience if you haven't got any
talk about education experience the way in which it fits into your own
practice. Attach a portfolio that is tailored for that specific job role,
create a large portfolio and uses the master file to be able to refine down a small
portfolio. Don't talk over what you already have in your CV speak more about
what you can bring to the specific role, influenced by research on the company
and the role itself. Who are you talking to talk to them on a level don't talk
down to them or speak in a generic manner? What can you do for them but also
what can that role help you progress in? Finish with something strong
underlining the job role itself and almost a call of action for a reply.
