Self Promo

Instagram - Can be a powerful way of getting your work out there, but it is very dependant on who the client is and what type of audience you want to reach.

Not going to be your primary focus, work in a small group to find a instagram specialist:
  1. Visuals 
  2. Statistics
  3. Story
  4. Who is this person? / Who are the studio?
  5. How big is their following? How is it growing?
  6. What makes their content engaging?
  7. Do you feel like their instagram wins them work?
  8. What would you like to ask them?

What will make a compelling case?
Visuals, statistics and story to convince 
Large following
Uses the platform uniqully to showcase their work
Only a couple of years ahead of us, shows quick way of engaging with social media

Stick to UK based graphic designers.


I decided to work with Emma Blackmann and we decided to create a short presentation deck providing information and reasoning for our choices.

We used keynote to create the presenation to be able to offer video and sound within the pitch, giving it a more interactive feel.
